About the role

Speech-Language Pathologists at Hearts Speaks work with children across the full range of communication and swallowing disorders. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication challenges in a warm, child-centred environment.

What you will do

• Conduct one-on-one speech therapy sessions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Delayed Speech, Delayed Milestones, and other communication disorders
• Perform initial evaluations and design individualised care plans with clear, measurable goals
• Maintain updated session records, skill-tracking files, and progress data for each child
• Prepare and organise therapy materials including vocabulary flashcards and visual aids
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and the wider therapy team to ensure consistent progress
• Attend team meetings and stay current with developments in speech-language pathology
• Provide training and guidance to families on supporting communication at home

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology
• RCI registration preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with children is a strong plus — freshers with genuine interest are welcome
• Empathy, patience, and a child-first approach to therapy
• Good communication skills in English and Telugu or Hindi

About the role

ABA Therapists at Hearts Speaks use structured behavioural techniques to help children develop communication, social, and life skills. You will work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and other developmental conditions, always using positive reinforcement and evidence-based methods.

What you will do

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach communication, functional living, social, and self-help skills
• Develop individualised goals with the assistance of the Program Manager or senior therapist
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions using behaviour analytic principles
• Maintain detailed session notes, data sheets, and progress tracking for each child
• Provide ongoing training and consultation to parents on implementing behavioural strategies at home
• Facilitate team reviews to assess and adjust child progress regularly
• Ensure the safety and well-being of every child in your care
• Work comfortably with children who may exhibit challenging behaviours

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• RCI registration or ABA certification preferred (not mandatory for freshers)
• Understanding of ABA principles and positive behaviour support
• Patience, consistency, and a genuine commitment to child development
• Good communication skills in English and Telugu or Hindi

About the role

Occupational Therapists at Hearts Speaks work with children to improve cognitive, physical, sensory, and motor skills. Through play-based activities, you will help children with sensory processing differences, motor difficulties, and developmental delays build independence and self-confidence.

What you will do

• Conduct one-on-one occupational therapy sessions targeting fine motor, gross motor, and sensory integration skills
• Evaluate each child's abilities in play, school performance, and daily activities against age-appropriate milestones
• Design and revise individualised care plans with clear, achievable goals
• Help children with developmental delays learn basic self-care tasks: dressing, feeding, brushing teeth
• Provide activities to improve eye-hand coordination, concentration, sitting tolerance, and balance
• Maintain updated session records and progress documentation for each child
• Collaborate with parents and the therapy team to ensure consistent support across settings
• Attend team meetings and contribute to a safe, child-centred environment

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• RCI registration preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with paediatric populations is a strong plus — freshers welcome
• Creativity in designing engaging, purposeful therapy activities
• Good communication skills in English and Telugu or Hindi

About the role

Special Educators at Hearts Speaks provide individualised instruction to children with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and developmental delays. You will design and implement personalised educational plans that build academic, social, and life skills at each child's own pace.

What you will do

• Plan and deliver one-on-one teaching sessions tailored to each child's abilities and learning style
• Develop and implement Individualised Education Programs (IEPs) with measurable goals
• Assess student performance, track progress, and adjust teaching plans accordingly
• Use ABA techniques and positive reinforcement to support learning and behaviour
• Work on foundational skills: sitting tolerance, attention, waiting skills, social skills, pen/pencil grip
• Support children with autism spectrum disorders, emotional difficulties, and developmental delays
• Discuss progress regularly with parents, therapists, and centre leadership
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and child-centred learning environment

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education (B.Ed / M.Ed Special Education)
• RCI registration in Special Education preferred
• Experience with children with learning disabilities, autism, or ADHD is a plus
• Patience, creativity, and a belief that every child can learn
• Good communication skills in English and Telugu or Hindi

About the role

The Centre Administrator is the first point of contact for visiting families. You will manage front desk operations, handle enquiries, coordinate with the therapy team, and ensure every family feels welcomed and supported from the moment they walk in.

What you will do

• Greet and welcome parents and visitors, directing them appropriately
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with warmth and professionalism
• Manage walk-in enquiries and support conversion from enquiry to admission
• Handle fee collection, invoicing, and follow-ups with parents
• Maintain therapist attendance records and daily process updates
• Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with materials
• Track petty expenses and maintain records of office costs
• Supervise children in the play area when therapists are in session, ensuring their safety
• Provide basic, accurate information to parents in-person, via phone, and email

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of front office, reception, or administrative experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with children and families in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, invoicing)
• Good communication skills in English and Telugu or Hindi
